Your order will be delivered to the address you had entered when placing the order on our website. Please ensure you have enter the correct details and contact phone number. In case you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us here.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION

– Within 2 working days of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

– If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us!

– Please note we can’t ship to armed forces (APO / FPO).

 

SHIPPING TIME

– All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days and shipped within 2 – 5 business days. Deliveries may take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.

– US orders usually take between 7-14 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

– Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

– If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking.

RETURNS

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

  • We have a 14 day return policy. Items with reduced price/campaign items must be returned within 14 days!
    Explanations of our return policy (cancellation, exchange and return) can be found below.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Bikinis and Swimwear for hygenic reasons. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If you want to cancel your order please provide us the notice here before sending back your order.

Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days of your cancellation.

The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.

Once you receive the products you are responsible to take reasonable care for them and you must return them to us in their original condition within 14 days from the day you received them.

We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the products if you do not return them to us.

EXCHNAGE POLICY

If you want to exchange your goods please provide us with the notice at [email protected]

You have the right to exchange your goods within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

The return of the products is made at your own expense.

 RETURN POLICY

– You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, except during our extended return period on holiday season.

– The product must be in it´s new condition as delivered in original packaging.

– The return is made at your own cost.

– To avoid any confusions mark the package with RETURNED GOODS and fill out the return slip that came with your order.

– If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

– If the returned product/products are damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.

– For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear.

COMPLAINTS

If you want to make a complaint please contact contact us here no later than 7 days after delivery.

When a complaint is raised an investigation will be made of a certain product in subject. Before returning the particular product we kindly ask you to share the defect or damage image of the item.

We will strive to resolve the complaint and if accepted we will pay the return cost.

Kinldy follow the return instructions and fill out the return slip attached to your order.
